The Easiest Needle Felting For Everyone

We usually end up scrolling on the couch, so we tried the penguin set. We made the frame together, then each made a little penguin the next Friday. He picked the apple and I did the sunflower. His apple hat is crooked, and that's our favorite part. They all live in front of the TV now.

I'm a nurse and my brain doesn't shut off after a shift. I put my phone in the other room and just poked. It took me closer to 5 hours because I kept rewatching the face part, but I didn't care. First time in a while I did something just for me.

My sister is obsessed with bichons, so Birthday Bichon was an easy choice. I spent about 3 hours making it on a Saturday and rewatched the fluffy head part twice. I took a picture before wrapping it. She put it on her car keys that day. Now I kind of want one for myself.

Mom of two under 5 here. I made this painter penguin over two nights after bedtime, packing the needles away each time. It took about 5 hours, mostly because of his tiny palette. His beret slouches to one side like a real artist. He sits on the top shelf now. My penguin, not theirs lol.

My first kit was the Peace Dove frame. It took me most of a Sunday, and the little "PEACE AND LOVE" letters were the hardest part because the wool kept spreading out. Two weeks later I ordered Penguin Love and finished it in about half the time. The two penguins and the big heart were way more forgiving than tiny letters, and I think I finally figured out how deep to poke. Now they sit side by side on my desk, and I like seeing how much better the second one came out.

My two roommates and I wanted something to do besides watching TV, so we got the three-dog set and each picked one. I took the bichon and regretted it for about an hour, because getting the fluffy head round took forever. The shiba was done first. The schnauzer ended up with very serious eyebrows, and now we call him the landlord. We lined them up on our shelf when we were done. We're already arguing about what set to do next.
