Shipping Rates (U.S.)

Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (after discounts, before tax).

For orders under $50, shipping starts at $7.50. Rates for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other remote areas are higher — your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing & Shipping Time

We ship orders out within 1–3 business days.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 10 business days of ordering. Exact delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Alaska, Hawaii, and other remote areas take longer.

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and select the carrier that works best for your order and destination.

We currently ship within the United States only.

All timelines are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or courier delays.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link when your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us at support@joypok.com.

Delays or Lost Packages

Weather and courier issues happen. If your package seems lost or hasn't updated for several days, email us at support@joypok.com and we'll help sort it out.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't take responsibility for packages sent to an incorrect address.
