Hello! I'm PJ, the initials of my Chinese name. The brand I founded, Joypok, is inspired by the phrase "Poke Your Joy", capturing the simple happiness found in creating by hand.
My needle felting journey began with my beloved poodle, Black. After he passed away, I made my first wool felt portrait to remember him. Through the process, I discovered that needle felting is a way to heal, to focus, and to find joy.
To share this simple, joyful craft, I launched Joypok DIY, creating beginner-friendly kits. Each kit includes wool, tools, and clear step-by-step tutorials to make crafting accessible to everyone. We also refined designs, drawing inspiration from studios like BIABIA and INCHOO, into Joypok's own playful style.
