Welcome to Joypok! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Joypok. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Joypok is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or you have provided consent for any minor dependents using the Services on devices you own or control.

You may be required to provide accurate and complete information, including your email address, billing details, payment method, and shipping address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We strive to represent our products accurately; however, colors and appearance may vary based on device settings. We do not warrant that product appearance or quality will meet your expectations.

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We may discontinue or limit quantities at any time.

Safety Notice (DIY Kits). Joypok DIY needle-felting kits may contain sharp needles and small parts. Recommended for ages 14+; adult supervision is advised.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is accepted once we confirm and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Cancellation requests may not be accommodated once the order is accepted or shipped. Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You represent that items purchased are for personal use and not for resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price at checkout applies to your order unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide current and accurate payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and you agree to pay all charges, including taxes and shipping.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

For U.S. orders, DIY Needle Felting Kits of $50+ ship free (after discounts, before tax). Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

Processing time is typically 2–3 business days. Delivery time is generally 1–2 weeks via standard ground shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We accept returns of DIY Needle Felting Kits within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Items showing signs of use or missing components are not eligible for return.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Order cancellations are permitted before shipment. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services—including text, images, graphics, product designs, tutorials, and trademarks—is owned by Joypok or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without written permission.

“Joypok” names, logos, and product names are trademarks of Joypok. Shopify and related marks belong to Shopify. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to optional third-party tools. These are provided “as is” and without warranties. Your use of optional tools is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may contain links to third-party sites or content. We are not responsible for accuracy, safety, or content on third-party websites and are not liable for any damages arising from their use.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Joypok is powered by Shopify, but all sales and transactions are directly between you and Joypok. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchases. You release Shopify from any claims arising from your transactions with Joypok.

SECTION 11 – PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information collected is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, information you submit may be transmitted to and processed by Shopify and its service providers.

SECTION 12 – FEEDBACK

By submitting ideas, reviews, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and publish such Feedback for any purpose. You represent that you own or have rights to your Feedback.

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain errors (such as pricing or availability). We reserve the right to correct such errors or cancel orders affected by them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joypok is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joypok, Shopify, and related parties from claims resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.

SECTION 20 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with our posted policies, form the entire agreement between you and Joypok.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours without notice.

SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. You agree to jurisdiction in Pennsylvania courts.

SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
