Welcome to Joypok! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Joypok. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Joypok is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or you have provided consent for any minor dependents using the Services on devices you own or control.
You may be required to provide accurate and complete information, including your email address, billing details, payment method, and shipping address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
SECTION 2 — GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without our express written permission.
The headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 3 — OUR PRODUCTS
We strive to represent our products accurately; however, colors and appearance may vary based on device settings. We do not warrant that product appearance or quality will meet your expectations.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We may discontinue or limit quantities at any time.
Safety Notice (DIY Kits). Joypok DIY needle-felting kits contain sharp needles and small parts. Recommended for ages 14+; adult supervision is advised.
SECTION 4 — ACCURACY AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on the Services is not accurate, complete, or current. The material provided is for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.
The Services may contain historical information, including discontinued products and past promotions. Such information is provided for reference only and is not current. We reserve the right to modify the contents of the Services at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information.
SECTION 5 — ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is accepted once we confirm and process your payment.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, or the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Cancellation requests may not be accommodated once the order is accepted or shipped. Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You represent that items purchased are for personal use and not for resale.
SECTION 6 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price at checkout applies to your order unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide current and accurate payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and you agree to pay all charges, including taxes and shipping.
SECTION 7 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For U.S. orders, DIY Needle Felting Kits of $50 or more ship free (after discounts, before tax). Orders under $50 ship at a rate shown at checkout, which varies by delivery address.
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 10 business days of ordering. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We select the carrier for each shipment at our discretion.
We currently ship within the United States only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

SECTION 8 — RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
DIY Needle Felting Kits are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy, which sets out the applicable time limits, condition requirements, and procedures.
Order cancellations are permitted before shipment. Once an order has shipped, our Refund Policy applies.
SECTION 9 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services—including text, images, graphics, product designs, tutorials, and trademarks—is owned by Joypok or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without written permission.
"Joypok" names, logos, and product names are trademarks of Joypok. Shopify and related marks belong to Shopify. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 10 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to optional third-party tools. These are provided "as is" and without warranties. Your use of optional tools is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms.
SECTION 11 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party sites or content. We are not responsible for accuracy, safety, or content on third-party websites and are not liable for any damages arising from their use.
SECTION 12 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Joypok is powered by Shopify, but all sales and transactions are directly between you and Joypok. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchases. You release Shopify from any claims arising from your transactions with Joypok.
SECTION 13 — PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, information you submit may be transmitted to and processed by Shopify and its service providers.
SECTION 14 — FEEDBACK
By submitting ideas, reviews, photos, or suggestions ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and publish such Feedback for any purpose, including marketing. You represent that you own or have rights to your Feedback.
SECTION 15 — ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Occasionally, information on the Services may contain errors (such as pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability). We reserve the right to correct such errors or cancel orders affected by them, including after an order has been submitted.
SECTION 16 — PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe rights, to harass others, to submit false or misleading information, to transmit malware, to collect or track the personal information of others, or in ways that could impair the Services. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
SECTION 17 — TERMINATION
We may terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms. Certain provisions will survive termination.
SECTION 18 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services and all products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use.
SECTION 19 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joypok is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
SECTION 20 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joypok, Shopify, and related parties from claims resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
SECTION 21 — SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
SECTION 22 — WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with our posted policies, form the entire agreement between you and Joypok. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
SECTION 23 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours without notice.
SECTION 24 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. You agree to jurisdiction in Pennsylvania courts.
SECTION 25 — CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
SECTION 26 — MOBILE MESSAGE SERVICE TERMS
Joypok offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program"). By opting in, you agree to the terms in this section.
26.1 Consent to Receive Messages. You agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS, including cart reminders) from Joypok at the mobile number you provided. By providing your phone number, you represent that it is your own number and that you are a legally authorized user of it. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
26.2 Program Description. Subscribers can expect messages about promotions, new product launches, order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, customer support, and checkout reminders.
26.3 How to Opt Out. Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You may also email support@joypok.com with your name and phone number to be added to our internal Do Not Call list. Please note that email is not a substitute for the STOP keyword and may take up to 10 business days to process.
Our messaging platform may not recognize opt-out requests that alter or add words to the STOP command. Please use the keyword exactly.
26.4 Support. Text HELP to the number you received messages from, or email support@joypok.com.
26.5 Message Frequency and Changes. Message frequency varies. We reserve the right to change the frequency of messages, and to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent.
26.6 Carriers and Delivery. The Program is offered on an "as-is" basis. Not all mobile devices or handsets are supported, and messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Delivery depends on transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside our control. Joypok, its service providers, and the supported mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
26.7 Service Providers. We use Klaviyo, Inc. to operate the Program. You authorize the use or disclosure of information about your account and wireless device by or to your wireless carrier, Joypok, and Klaviyo, to help identify you or your device and to detect and prevent fraud. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
26.8 Age Restriction. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to the Program. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian's permission.
26.9 Electronic Consent. Applicable law may require us to provide certain information to you in writing in connection with your consent to receive marketing text messages. By opting in, you authorize us to provide this information electronically rather than on paper. You may withdraw this consent, update your information, or request a free paper copy by emailing support@joypok.com.
26.10 State Telemarketing Laws. We endeavor to comply with applicable state telemarketing laws. For compliance purposes, you agree that we may assume you are a resident of the state associated with the area code of the phone number you used to opt in, unless you notify us in writing otherwise. Messages sent in direct response to your requests — including keyword responses, opt-in confirmations, HELP or STOP replies, and shipping notifications — do not constitute telemarketing solicitations for purposes of these laws.
26.11 Do Not Call Policy. The federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), related FCC regulations, and court interpretations protect consumers from certain types of telemarketing. Joypok is committed to complying with federal and state Do Not Call laws.
It is our policy not to send telemarketing text messages to:
- Any telephone number for which we have not received prior express written consent, as defined by the Federal Communications Commission; and
- Any telephone number on our Internal Do Not Call List.
We maintain an Internal Do Not Call List and will honor any request made in a reasonable manner within a reasonable time, not to exceed 10 business days from the date of the request. To be added, reply STOP to any message from us, or email support@joypok.com with your name and telephone number.
Your telephone number will be retained on our Do Not Call List indefinitely unless you later provide new prior express written consent to rejoin our SMS list. If you change your number, you must request that the new number be added.
26.12 Changes to These Terms. We may update these mobile messaging terms at any time by posting changes on our website. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance.
