Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to provide us with personal information. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us at support@joypok.com and we will delete it.

Information you give us:
- Name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address
- Payment information (processed securely through Shopify Payments and other gateways; we never store your full card details)
- Account information, if you create an account
- Reviews, photos, and messages you send us
Information we collect automatically:
When you visit our site, we automatically collect device and browsing information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, and how you interact with our site. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
How We Use Your Information
- Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders
- Send order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates
- Respond to customer support requests
- Send marketing emails and text messages, if you've opted in
- Show you relevant ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest

Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our site and understand how it's used:
- Essential — required for the site to function (shopping cart, checkout, security)
- Analytics — to understand site traffic and performance
- Advertising — to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on other platforms
Advertising pixels. We use tracking pixels including the Meta Pixel, and may use pixels from other advertising platforms. A pixel is a small piece of code on our site that reports actions you take — pages viewed, items added to cart, purchases completed — back to the advertising platform. This helps us measure whether our ads work and show you more relevant ads. These pixels do not transmit your name or payment details, but they do use cookies and device identifiers that may be linked to your account on those platforms.
You can limit this by adjusting your ad settings on Meta, using browser settings or extensions that block trackers, or opting out through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.

We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money.
However, under some U.S. state privacy laws — including California's — the use of advertising pixels to show you targeted ads may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information, even though no money changes hands. If you would like to opt out, see Your Privacy Choices below.
Other Disclosures
We may also disclose your information:
- To our accountants, auditors, insurers, or attorneys
- To law enforcement upon receipt of a subpoena or court order, or where necessary to protect our people or property
- To government bodies where required to report
- To a buyer or successor if we sell, merge, or transfer any part of our business
How We Protect Your Information
Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Shopify stores payment data encrypted and behind a firewall. Only authorized personnel can access customer information, and only when necessary to fulfill orders or provide support.
No security measure is impenetrable. If a breach occurs affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any regulatory body where legally required.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or to satisfy legal, accounting, or tax requirements. Order records are typically retained for 7 years. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe.
Your Privacy Choices
You may request to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information
- Opt out of targeted advertising
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these, email support@joypok.com with your request and the email address associated with your order. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We aim to respond within 30 days, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Marketing opt-out. Click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email, or reply STOP to any text message. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages like order confirmations and shipping updates.
Global Privacy Control. We recognize and honor GPC browser signals as valid opt-out requests for targeted advertising. Opting out via GPC does not affect our ability to process your information to fulfill orders, comply with law, or for internal purposes such as fraud prevention and analytics.
Do Not Track. Our site is not currently configured to respond to browser Do Not Track signals, as there is no industry consensus on how to interpret them. You can configure your browser to reject cookies or prompt before setting them.
California Residents
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the rights described in Your Privacy Choices above, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing.

Other U.S. States
Several U.S. states have enacted consumer privacy laws. As a small business, Joypok falls below the applicability thresholds in most of these states. Regardless of where you live, we honor the access, correction, deletion, and opt-out requests described above. If we become subject to additional state privacy laws, we will update this policy.
Nevada Residents. You may direct us not to sell your personal information for resale or licensing. We do not engage in such sales. To submit a request, email support@joypok.com with the subject "Nevada Do Not Sell Request."
International Visitors
Our products currently ship within the United States only. If you access our site from outside the U.S., please note that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
